Meet the Antiperspirant That Gets it Done
Duradry, founded by Jack Benzaquen in Miami, is a fast-growing personal care brand focused on clinically proven sweat and odor control solutions. Competing in a crowded category, Duradry partnered with Igloo as a deeply embedded, in-house–style Amazon performance team, elevating efficiency and competitive visibility beyond the limits of their prior agency setup.
The Challenge
Duradry previously operated under high agency retainers, limiting flexibility for growth. While performance was strong, the brand needed tighter ACOS/TACOS control, stronger efficiency, and a more advanced strategic foundation before scaling. Competing against major legacy deodorant brands also made visibility and precision advertising essential.
Our Approach
Igloo transitioned Duradry from their costly agency model and embedded directly into their internal workflow. We built an efficiency-first Sponsored Ads structure supported by Amazon Marketing Cloud for improved attribution and audience clarity, and partnered with Adbrew (Igloo Partner) to deploy a sophisticated day-parting strategy, optimising bids during peak converting hours.
To deepen competitive intelligence, we integrated DataDive (Igloo Partner), tracking listing optimisation rankings, share of voice, and early signals of diminishing returns across the category. With Sponsored Ads performance stabilised, we also developed a forward-looking strategy to introduce Amazon DSP in 2026, expanding Duradry’s top-of-funnel reach through more precise prospecting audiences.
The Impact
Duradry unlocked meaningful efficiency, visibility, and infrastructure improvements:
- Reduced retainer fees compared to prior agency
- 4–6 percent reduction in TTM ACOS (month dependent vs previous year)
- Improved TACOS stability, supporting scalable growth
- Higher category visibility, competing against major deodorant brands
- Advanced tooling integration, including Amazon Marketing Cloud and DataDive
- Dayparting-led efficiency gains through Adbrew
- DSP roadmap defined for 2026 to expand the prospecting pipeline
- Near in-house operational alignment, with Igloo functioning as an extension of the Duradry team
