Mockingbird Strollers, a leader in the baby products industry, has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and safety in their premium stroller line. While their business has traditionally been B2B-focused, they are now making significant strides into the e-commerce space, recognizing the importance of direct-to-consumer sales channels. As Mockingbird expanded, they needed a partner who could offer senior-level expertise across multiple marketing verticals in a cost-effective manner. That’s where we at Igloo Media came in, providing professionals across three key verticals to drive their strategic initiatives while keeping costs manageable. This included Meta, Pinterest and TikTok.

One of the major challenges Mockingbird, like other brands in the same sector face during this transition was managing the complexities of delayed attribution in their sales cycle, as stroller purchases often happen several months after initial customer engagement. We worked closely with Mockingbird to analyse data from attribution tools including Recast to track and account for this extended customer journey. The Mockingbird team are exceptional, and their new Mockingbird 2.0 is nothing shy of brilliant.
